Cryonics

To some people, being cryogenically frozen at death with the opportunity to be reanimated at a later date is a preferable option to our limited life span. The body is cooled down immediately after death, an anti-freeze liquid pumped throughout the vessels and is transported in ice to the facility for storage. The body is kept upside down in a vessel containing four bodies at minus 200 degrees. Often referred to as ‘science fiction’, this expensive process has no guarantees of successfully reanimating a person in the future. It does however provide hope for those who may have died of an incurable disease and they may access future medical breakthroughs and live again! Nb:  The Project – Southern Cryonics
